I haven't been here in a long while, but I'd like your prayers for my son who suffered a broken leg in a vicious knee-on-knee hit in his hockey game today.  His season is over.  He's coming home for surgery.  Thankfully I wasn't at the game to see it happen and, again, thankfully my husband (a physician) was there - he handled the situation better than I would have.  He's coming home for surgery.

Sending my prayers to all others in need here.

prayers for your son's leg to heal fully, and for him to get back on the ice at 100% after all is said & done.  i wouldn't have handled something like that well if it were my son, either - what good fortune that his dad was there, though!
