i tried to post a full size image <that image is about 1/4 scale> but i can't. I am very proud of my collection, so i'd like to show all that i've gotten in the best way i can. I sure as hell wasn't gonna type it all out anyways!

Heh, nah, i didn't break in. I just took all that stuff over to my parents and helped my dad make a shelving unit for all of it. Sadly i didn't calculate in the books i have <3> when making it, that's my only regret. Of course then the unit would be MUCH bigger and maybe wouldn't look as nice.

My collection doesn't feel impressive to me because it's all digital. As a fledgling fan I purchased The Complete U2 on iTunes.
So digitally, I have everything. iTunes's Complete U2, and then stuff I added to it (such as random tracks that weren't included on it, and some live bootlegs).
Before that I had four albums on CD (Bomb, Achtung Baby, Joshua Tree, ATYCLB), but I gave them to my dad so he could play them in his car. I kept the booklets though.

God!! I've been a fan since '87!! I wouldnt know where to start....and Id be half the week typing the list up!! It looks like a cross between Desertsky and God Part II's lists!! Not inclusing various a numerous mags and the likes collected over the years! And the books!! Mind you, I haven't been as mad as I used be - collecting every scrap of news.

Of which, I still have somewhere newpaper articles of when Adam was arrested for drink driving, and when he was arrested fro drugs (and the articles about his subsequent court appearance) - that's OMG 20 years ago this year!!

I know there are a few more fan club releases than what I have listed here, but I can make DVD rips on all of their official concerts so I'm rather blase about collecting those discs.  There's also a RATTLE AND HUM promo CD with film tracks that were missing on the official album, but I don't think there's a chance in Hell I'll ever track that rarity down.  Am I missing anything else?
