Get On Your Boots - Larry's a bit low in the mix until the middle 8 "Let me in the sound" bridge, which might be my all-time favourite drumming moment for U2.

Mofo - I'm not totally sure how much was Larry playing and how much was sequenced, but the beats on this track are phrenetic and fenomenal.

Cedars of Lebanon - the military beat feels like it should be incongruous with such a melancholy track, but I think it works really well

SBS has to be no. 1.

I know a lot of votes usually go for UETOW and it packs a punch, but in the 90's my favourite Larry drumbeat is Acrobat. In the top 3 also Exit.
