Dear Friend Middy,
I know im getting annoying by asking the same type questions, and i am sorry if i am doing so, because i do not mean to...
but how long does it take for you to decide if you have kept weight off?
yes, i know im being annoying asking this stuff, but i am not trying to annoy you...sorry
Loving as always,
Shock
Dearest Shock,
Umm, well when I tried losing weight I tried to stay on a consistent path, maybe it took a good month for it to settle in for me. It's different for everybody though, so how long it might take you is much different than me maybe.
Hope this sorta helps.
Middy
it does help
well, basically, after losing 6-7 pounds from being sick which was all water weight, i tried very hard to keep it off, and so far have stayed at the same weight for two weeks, and have gotten slender, which makes me think i lost that weight in fat, so i lost something, even though i didnt lose weight, would this be considered keeping it off?
Well considering you didn't gain any weight, then yes!

I did, but I have a terrible problem with sticking with something.
So I gained most of it back
I gotta learn to follow things more through.

Yeah like around 10-15 lbs or something, I'm happy though with that

You'll probably be able to keep most of it off though, so even if you wanted to take a break from it you probably could

Even if you do, you'll still be close to your goal, so I wouldn't get too worried

Well you'll also gain some back if your trying to build muscle. So watch out for that.
And you wouldn't gain all of it back I don't believe
