I used to screw that up all the time!  If you press quote, then enter a few spots below that, you should type your post. It should come out the right way. But I've done this too and don't remember what I did either. You can still understand it though! ;) It's time to spend a nice weekend in NYC.  ;D

For the last two years most of the Christmas Cards in my livingroom are U2 cards & my family just laughs,

If someone notices U2 or Bono on the news or Tv they instantly tell me about it.

My sister, if we are together in the car, and Bono comes on the radio, she'll look over at me with a smerk and say "theres bono", your other boyfriend.

And being I live in NY, Bono is always around the city and although I live near Albany I sometimes wonder if he's around checking out the cooler spots, sometimes I see a guy who sort of looks like him from time to time...

If its a weekend and I'm having a few beers my oldest son away at college will hear the music in the background and say "what are you doing, listening to U2". I guess he thinks thats all I listen to. I do have a few other music selections but everyone thinks its U2 and U2 Alone.........

Ok here is one.....

...when you hear that Bono is auctioning off a pair of his sunglasses and you REALLY consider for a minute if you actually have the money to try and bid on them until you think it out that you really should keep that money for your child to go to college....

...darn that kid - you really want to wear a pair of sunglasses that the man you love has worn!!! I know that is creepy!

When you're a PHd candidate and write a book on the evidence for God's existence and literally title it "Blinding Lights: The glaring evidences of the Christian Faith" on sale now at borders.com, amazon.com, barnes&noble.com, and braxtonhunter.com, or wherever fine books written by obsessed U2 fans are sold.

When you need to go make phone calls to see where you can get the Q Mag with the boys on it because you have to read and see it and will leave your house in -30 degrees not for food or sickness, but to get a copy of that magazine!!

...let me explain.

Every day at school during homeroom I eat a sandwich I packed. Then I take the aluminum foil it was wrapped in and pack it into a cube. Then on each side I draw the following symbols: Joshua tree silhouette, zooropa baby thing, popmart lemon, heart in a suitcase, and bomb target. I've been looking for a 6th symbol for ages - looks like it's going to be an = sign now!

PS these serve absolutely no purpose but to entertain myself during the dull school day.

I get voicemails occasionally from friends of a u2 song playing in their car on the radio.  Like I've never heard it before.  I guess it's just them kind of acknowledging my love of them.  Most recently it was Streets
