A gingerbread Claw . . . amazing.  Wouldn't that be the sweetest thing?  Smiley

You know you're an obsessed U2 fan when your students - who are SIX - want to know when you will next see U2 in concert.  And when they tell you your Edge costume for career day is a good look, you know you've reached a new level of geekdom.

I wish the six yr olds I know were as supportive...  Cry

You subscribe to a newletter (even though it isn't very good) simply because it is called 'The Edge.'

When every single academic paper you do has to have some sort of U2 reference....and it is usually cheesy e.g. Quite simply, it is even better than the real thing.

Oh my God I do the EXACT same thing.  A paper is not finished until a U2 reference is somehow squeezed in there

Funnily enough, my latest essay title is this: How Are Mainstream and Alternative Artists Represented In Print Media With Specific Reference To U2, Arctic Monkeys and Muse.

I've written 4 pages about U2 at the moment and I could go on Cheesy

It is very, very tempting to just recount their whole life story in this sort of essay but I have to stay focus. Plus I have 2 other artists to analyse  Undecided

-If all you have on your iPod is U2...

-If you don't know the answer on a quiz, you select the answer that has something to do w/ U2. i.e.: 333 (or 2 or 3 in general), or "horizontal" cuz it looks like "horizon." Yeah, sad, but I did that today...

-If, when eating watermelon from a bowl with a fork, your fork hits the bowl resulting in somrthing that vaguely sounds like the first chord to "Stuck in Moment" and you freak out and spend the rest of dinner hitting the bowl with your fork.
