They end a leg of a tour in Portugal on October 3rd, so he will be there, and he will do anything to help a cause he believes.  maybe if you get in contact with them, but i dont think the atu2 mods are extremely close to him (not trying to be offensive, just guessing)  my best advice is try to get in touch with one of the mods to email a U2.com member to ask Bono
