My impression of these potential dates is this:

For the Middle East & South Africa, the only realistic location is FNB Stadium in Jo'Berg.
All of South America looks very realistic, but I would allow more days off between concert stops to allow for production & travel time
Mexico City (Azteca Stadium), most likely;  Monterrey possibly, but the scheduling looks too close to Mex. City;  Guadalajara most likely NOT

Any US city in the Midwest is more likely to be scheduled between 6/23 - 6/30/10, but I would say only 1 of those cities (New Orleans to El Paso, 5/15 - 6/2, not all)

For Asia, the only realistic venues are Beijing National Stadium & Shanghai Stadium.  All other venues are way too small.  Ideally, if U2 were to play in Japan, the only venue suitable would be Nissan Stadium in Yokohama; unfortunately the weather will probably not allow that to happen as Nissan Stadium is an outdoor venue.  And for that matter, Beijing in October would probably be pushing it.

Australia; I would give the nod to Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne.  Adelaide & Perth are too small.

I would say, look for the venues that have minimum seating capacities of 60,000 or higher; 80,000 seater stadiums seems to be target venue of choice for the 360 Tour; have high elevated seating tiers (not flat stadium); & most of all, just wait for the official announcement of future dates, if any.

P.S. The entire list that Mr. Bitters posted looks like the music industry equivalent of Pin The Tail on The Donkey.  I'm sure the powers that be, pick & choose from this list & narrow down their final choices that will ultimately become the tour.

Now that Spider-Man is pushed back to the fall, I'll be curious to see if they actually decide to add shows in the spring. Bono and Edge won't have Broadway duties to keep them occupied. They could have album work to keep them busy, and there are always family health issues to think about.
