So I signed onto U2.com today, as always, and on my account info section, it says both of my seperate pre-sale codes have been used. I have not used them nor have I shared them with anyone. Chicago tickets start pre-saling tomorrow, and I'm at a loss for what to do. I've already contacted U2.com via email, and I can't find a phone number anywhere. What do you guys think? I assume your pre-sale codes are working just fine?

Same with me! Glad I'm not the only one...obviously a problem with U2.com, then. I haven't used mine either, and it disappeared this morning. I sent them an e-mail too...hopefully they'll get it sorted out today, in time for you to use it for Chicago!

u2.con has always been unreliable.

Lot's of people have had problems with it. They owe me $45 from 7 years ago. I'll never see it...

There was a post on the boards about it being a glitch on the website.  The codes are still good to use in the pre-sale.  That is if you have them copied down somewhere else.  Luckily, I have several copies stashed in various locations.  I don't take chances with anything!

I logged in to U2.COM to check the board for the Montreal date and my 2 presale codes also have been used and I didn't use them . I too have the codes printed out , I sent an e-mail to u2.com advising them of the problem. I see I am not alone with this. Anyday they should be announcing the venue where they are playing in Montreal and if I miss it because of their technical errors, plus I renewed my membership in advance on top of that. I am not a happy camper this Monday morning.

Happy to hear I'm not the only one, Same thing with me. I was about to have a heart attack!!!   FREAKING out since tomorrow is the Chicago pre-sale! 

I'm glad I saw this post.  My presale codes are gone also.  On U2's site they are saying it's a temporary glitch.  Due to past problems I won't be satisfied until I have a Ticketmaster confirm.

ok THIS sucks! I just checked mine, I have not used any and the same thing, says they are all used.  I sent an email to U2.com as I am sure many others have, it really needs fixed before tomorrow!

but if anyone is like me check your old emails (I never empty my box) and the code was resent not too long ago in an email.

Supposedly they expect the problem to be resolved before any presales, according to the official board.

It's a bad and unacceptable error, but u2.com says they will have it resolved soon.

Those who have either, kept the original e-mail or written the code down, can participate in the presale, this should narrow down significantly the number of people who are unable to participate in the presales because of the error.

The presales up to now, have gone relatively smoothly, and it's a dramatic improvement on the disasters which accurred with the 2005 presales. The fact that the capacities are much larger also helps. One wonders is the presale code as vital when there over 70,000 at most of the gigs.

Two of my friends and I are all having the same problem...and we are planning on getting tickets in the Chicago pre-sale tomorrow as well! I hope they fix this today! (Maybe some database problem?) I do have an email from last week from U2.com with my code on it, so hopefully that will still work. Ugh!

yup put me on this list as welll!!! i gotta order Denver tomorrow, but have to work as well, hopefully i can find the time around 10am to order!

As of 12:21 Eastern time in USA both of my access codes are showing on U2.com.  However, as far as I'm concerned that doesn't mean the code will work.  I have no faith that whatever the issue was/is will be resolved by tomorow.  I'd like to see them postpone the presale until next week.
