During the promo for All that you cant leave behind i saw an interview with him and edge on either VH1 or MTV and he munched an apple through the interview.

I've seen him eat twice. the first was at some museum in philly, he was a guest speaker and there was a dinner after.
This year, I saw him have lunch with Bloomberg the day they renamed a street U2 Way.  Froze my ass off, but Bono signed my new CD that night.
