Wow, that's amazing! I originally wanted to study abroad a semester in Europe, but the more I think about it, I'm realising there are greater opportunities for me in Latin America, although that really isn't my primary interest. I mean, my advisor recommended it pretty much solely on the basis of knowing Spanish, but I prefer English and Italian. *sigh* This requires more thought. Have you studied abroad? Is it mandatory at your school? I have to pick either that or an internship at an internationally-based company...still torn!

Well you have come to the almost sage of all wisdom on this topic. I completed a summer internship in D.C. at the Institute of International Education and I'm going abroad to St. Andrews in the spring to compare how Europe formulates foreign policy towards developing nations. Or at least that's what I told the study abroad office ...

Well, I wanted to go to Ireland, but our school only has a program for business majors in Dublin. But trust me, the U2 spring break is already in the works. I'm a junior. The internship experience is awesome. I lived in an apartment in Alexandria, VA, met some really cool people, and had a great job. In fact ... I miss it.

Oh darn! I hate it when that happens! My first love was Trinity College, but my university only had direct enrollment, meaning I'd be paying their tuition in Euros! So I settled on an exchange with University College of Dublin, where my UConn scholarship is applicable. So here's hoping! And U2 spring break, WOOOOOT! I managed to wrangle a few dollars and went there last summer....U2-ish to the max <3 I know what you mean about missing good experiences! That sounds so fun!

I should be doing laundry but since I don't have to go back to work until Tuesday I'm not all that motivated to do it.

I should be laying at home in a bed of money Demi Moore-style instead of working for a living.
