Hello, hello. Anyone who's planning to attend the U2 concert in Norman, OK, on Oct. 18 -- or anyone in the area who won't be at the concert -- is invited to a U2charist service that starts 3:30 p.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church, 235 W Duffy St. The church is near the OU Campus Corner district and is only a few blocks away from the stadium where U2 will perform. A U2charist is a Eucharist service that incorporates the spiritual words and music of U2. Anyone of any faith, or none at all, is welcome to attend. So if you're in the neighborhood, stop on by.

Only four days and counting till the U2 show in Norman! Don't forget, if you're anywhere near the neighborhood to stop by St. John's Episcopal Church at Asp and Duffy, a few blocks north of the stadium, at 3:30 p.m. for a cool U2charist service.

A final reminder and invitation for anyone and everyone who can to stop by the U2charist scheduled 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18 at St. John's Episcopal Church, 235 W Duffy St, in Norman. It will be great, and it will be over well before stadium gates open for the U2 concert at 5 p.m.

Thanks to everyone who read this thread and especially to everyone who attended the U2charist. It was a lot of fun, a terrific spiritual experience and a great way to kick off the kick-ass concert in Norman. God bless and I can't wait to see the boys from Dublin -- and hopefully some of you -- on the road in 2010.
