I know! I have to wonder what it was like the first time Bono ever hugged/kissed/etc Edge. Or Adam for that matter. Did they have any warning? What was going on when it happened? What made Bono decide to do that? I know that singers hanging all over guitarists isn't anything new, but I'm just curious about how it happens and all that. Am I the only one who wonders about such things? |

I've been wondering about that too! And also, I've noticed it changes from tour to tour who Bono kisses. Why's that? Or does it change from concert to concert?

It changes from concert to concert from what I've seen. My guess is Adam and Edge play Rock, Paper, Scissors before each show and Larry is just garteful he has the drums as a buffer.
In the beginning they were not nearly so affectionate. The older they get the more comfprtable they seem with it, but I think it really started to happen during Pop.
I am going to try to find an early pic of Bono and Edge, but I will have to PM it to you-- keep looking for it!
