You gotta love Ticketmaster. 

The GA order page specifically states NO TICKETFAST PERMITTED, but they list Ticketfast delivery as the ONLY delivery option.

I wound up calling them and they changed my delivery option to standard delivery.

I think everybody actually has to call them. The rep I talked to said that, indeed, no ticketfast is allowed, just as the top of the web page read -- while the bottom offered only ticketfast as a delivery method. I don't think they're going to accept Ticketfast tickets, so if you got in on Anaheim 2 presale, call them and tell them to please change it to another form of delivery.
