The concert footage in R&H is just fantastic. Ok, so the budget was huge, but it was money well spent!

They might not all be the definitive song versions (I prefer the Zoo TV version of RTSS, for example) but they are all pretty darn good.

SBS is incredible. Bad is too. Exit is suitably intense - really benefits from being filmed in B&W.

Overall, I think I prefer the B&W sections to the colour ones, though it's a truly great moment when the red intro to Streets kicks in.

My appreciation for R&H (movie and album) has grown over the years. Hope the re-master does it all justice.

You can buy it on iTunes for not much more than it would cost to rent.  It benefits from not being linear and not being footage from just one show.

my favorite part of R&H is during "Streets" the lyric "the city's a flood" when The Edge takes off and the camera follows his back - I have this movie memorized, but that part has been in my brain for 20 years.  GOSH I love The Edge!  Kiss (hyperanalyzation indeed!)

Have any of you seen Arcade Fire's Miroir Noir? I love AF, but that was a mess. It jumped all over the place and sometimes was even a little creepy

Bono knows to say that the British government couldn't care less., not could care less  It bugs me when people say they could care less, because I don't think that's really what they mean.

I hate this too... yay Smiley
