I don't like roasts, I think they're mean spirited and cringeworthy a lot of the time. It can be funny and I know it's not meant to be hurtful or anything but it's just not comedy to me.

I tend to agree with you. I'd be more interested in hearing some stories about Bono and the band that are funny. And the pranks they probably pull on each other at times.

But I agree on the likelihood that TJT30 would have been a smash in Australia. And I suspect that was the last opportunity for U2 to tour Australia - can't see them bringing an arena show to this part of the world unfortunately. The last time they did that was the LoveTown tour.

But other top artist come here & play arenas. Pink's currently hanging from trapese, when she's not bedridden. So there must be some profit in it. Maybe just not enough for Live Nation, the greedy buggers.

Cedars is my favorite on NLOTH.  One of my favorites of all U2.  Lyrics are fantastic.  Just my opinion but there is nothing on the last two albums that even comes close.

This line in my mind is like a plea to God who we sometimes feel has forsaken this world:

So high above me, higher than everyone
Where are you in the cedars of Lebanon?
