And watchin Garth Brooks and the whole crowd jump and down for "SHOUT" was pretty damn cool.

I am not much of a Garth fan, anthony02, but I thought he was fantastic. The choir of children behind him was so great. They had such enthusiasm. It spread to the audience who seemed quiet until then. This reminds me of why Garth Brooks was once the biggest selling act in the business at his peak. He chose to step out of the limelight.

Since the Joshua Tree tour  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(  I was lucky enough to see them in a small club in NY when they first started. I don't know why I missed so many tours. Having and taking care of my children just got in the way I guess. Now I am ready!  And stay out of that negative thread. Sunflower Gypsy's Poetry thread is what you need! ;)

awesome thread evel.

In truth, I probably won't want to be going to threads like "What do you think of 'Get Your Boots On'" when the song comes out because there will probably be so much negativity from some people.  Anyway, I'm REALLY excited right now...we'll be able to hear the single in a matter of hours...I hope it's good, but even if I detest it with all the fibers of my being I will still be looking forward to the album released March 3rd.

[Easy on the smileys there. Thanks.]

Kumquats, bubbles, and pancakes are quite welcome here - they make everyone happy ;D

I was reading those negative threads earlier...about politics and stuff (Bono didn't actually say much political stuff today, so what's the point of arguing?)...thought my head was going to explode, that's why I made this thread!

Anyone know where I can get a scarf like the one Bono was wearing today? It was flipping sweet!
