Elevation Tour - Charlton Heston/NRA clip

Was the Charlton Heston / NRA clip played at every Elevation Tour show? I saw the show in Austin, TX, and I don't remember it.

I would think so for North America as a lead-in to Bullet. I can't recall if this stayed with the show on other continents right now or not.  ???

The Charlton Heston clip is at the VERY end. Then Bullet The Blue Sky is here...

I saw Elevation in the UK (twice), France (once) and New York (once). It was indeed played as the intro to Bullet each time I saw them. And very good it was too.
