Stay. God I love this song. It is one of their sexiest. U2 never get enough credit for being sexy.

And I don't see how since they practically drip sex. Hell, they swim in it!

Amen!

It's so nice to be with other people who get that :)

It's not the obvious sexy. That is what is so hard for people to get. And of course the combining of religion and sex. . . they are the only ones who get away with that.

Madonna tried, but hers' was a club youin the head, "Hey! I'm mixing religion and sex!" kind of thing. U2's os more fo a, "Hey, God created sex why shoudln't they both be celbrated?" thing.

Because it is clear they have a respect for religion. They aren't mocking it.

My GOD! Everything about Satellite of Love is incredible.

It actually made my fingertips tingle...

Yup. And nor are they on any kind of evangelical mission. They're just being open, and they just happen to be comfortable with who they are. I don't know anyone who can walk that tightrope with that kind of effortlessness...

bloom, I thought we lost you. . .

I totally agree. It is not an In Your Face expression of religion. That is what makes it so great. I have argued with people that they are a Christain band and friends don't see it until you point out something like 40.
