Can we talk about Elbow instead? They're so much better than Radiohead.  8)

Huh? Elbow are wimpy beardy men liked by other 'sensitive' men - and women who find 'sensitive' men attractive... ???

Then Radiohead is music for depressed, suicidal people who are single.

Me!  ;D

Should I be your biographer?  :D

That would be weird...  :-\ ;D

Except I wouldn't be able to keep track of your gender ...  :-\

 :D

Then you will be the perfect candidate - Maybe I am Johnny Amsterdam!  ;D

Then I guess you have to develop your Depeche Mode love to eclipse that of Radiohead!

Can't - although my love for Take That is in the running...

Counting.... counting...

Before the release of NLOTH I came here for insider info, but found fanatics that need a boot planted up the backside, and some bitter remedy to the unbearable sweetness of these forums. I lost my boot early on...

Would love to have seen a "discuss how crap and overrated Radiohead are" option. Would get my vote.

I find this forum to be a mix of obsessed fandom, relentless cynicism, people in between and the odd troll or two.

I joined this forum because my psychiatrist told me that I needed a hobby that gave me more opportunities for social outlet than feeding ducks in the park.

Oh, I sometimes think my posts are clearer than they actually are.  :-/
I did not come here to troll, and any negativity from me is venting the accumulated disappointment associated with the last couple of years of U2 activity.

What brought you here DGordon?

I joined because U2 is one of my favorite bands. At least in the top 200.

Basically I joined to learn more about U2... I was just starting to be a fan and had barely heard anything and wanted to talk to other fans... besides, so many of the people here looked fun.

I joined this forum to get away from Facebook :)

Just kidding. Unfortunately I'm still on there too much too.

The only Radiohead I know is a result of living across from a girl my frosh year at uni who blasted OK Computer on infinite repeat . . . I am wishing I had paid more attention!  ;)

I joined the forum because I didn't just want to read peoples' responses to questions, I wanted to ask questions, too.  And now I am addicted to all the affirming folks I've found here.  :)
