I must say, despite everyone's constant complaints, the 360 setlist is *very* tight by now. They interweave hits and newer/more obscure songs brilliantly and carry the crowd with them the whole way. I was very impressed in Paris by the intensity of the opening in particular, though that was *with* Stingray. My only real regret is that they moved UTEOTW from its perfect slot after Miss Sarajevo!  It also works FAR better than the opening 'block' of four NLOTH songs from Europe in 2009. I much preferred when they started to split them up in America. My ideal would be a mix of the current setlist with more NLOTH material spread out throughout. I think there probably would have been a much better reception to the new stuff if it hadn't all been crammed into the start and putting the audience off.

I was at the FINAL show where the block of 4 NLOTH songs were played consecutively (Foxboro 1) and the setlist flowed extremely well up until Still Haven't Found.  It went Still Haven't Found-Unknown Caller-New Years Day-Stuck in a Moment-Unforgettable Fire.   U2 made the transitions work between the songs but it still seemed pretty odd.  The sets in 2010 seem perfect.  Yes I do miss Breathe, UC, and NLOTH DESPERATELY but 2010's set just seems to flow much better than 2009's North American set

I agree it flowed very well, but I definitely didn't take the audience with them, in my opinion. The crowd just got deader and deader until they played a big hit, and I don't think it was because of the songs- I think it was because they asked too much of a big stadium audience with an album that didn't do all that well. The 2010 setlist flows even better than the old one because it lacks that weird dijointed section. But I think they could have gotten this flow WITH some more NLOTH songs still there.

Yea I agree.  But where do the NLOTH songs fit now?  Does NLOTH belong being rotated with I Will Follow or after ISHFWILF?  Does Unknown Caller belong in one of the spots between ISHFWILF and Miss Sarajevo?  Where does Breathe go?

Oh, I agree, that would be the tricky thing to work out, with interesting possibilities! We should create a thread about it!  :D

Who wants to start it?  :D

REALLY, REALLY psyched to hear One Tree Hill outside New Zealand!  :D Though unfortunately, Bono's 'only special occasions' means we're unlikely to see it anywhere else!

Try seeing it live = it blows your mind.  One benefit of being Kiwi, they play it every time they come here
