Not all grunge is bad. Besides, I don't listen to screamo or emo music so I don't know what you guys are talking about.  ;)

See Ken, Oasis sucks. Besides, Brit Pop doesn't count as rock.  :P

That depends how you define Britpop.  If you count Oasis, it's definitely rock.

If you count The Beatles, then it is not.

Grunge was just an American fad.  Like the hula hoop.

yeah, that's what the core of the MM sound is. he changes it up a bit (or at least tries to), but he never gets all that far away from it.

Yep. As if his love of Bruno Mars and Oasis didn't prove it enough.  ;)

Well, Liam's always been a knobhead and probably always will be, so what do you expect?

From what I recollect, wasn't one of the Oakland PopMart shows only about half full?

The second one was only half full.  I went to the first.

I don't think it was much of  a shock that he is what he is, but to treat the fans like he did was uncalled for.  Thinking back before that show; I remember Liam's ego with respect to Oasis being the biggest band in the world quite vividly.  To have that ego and then go ahead and open for U2 just seems odd.    I never really held much of a grudge, but that was about the time Oasis faded from greatness anyway, so it made it easier to give up on them.  I do like Noel's recent release.  I don't think that is much of a surprise.

I don't care what anybody says about AC/DC. I would pay a lot to go to something like this.
