Depressing that Miami is actually going to make it through, but that's what happens when you have two overwhelming favourites soaking up most of the votes, and then a group of mediocrities to split the rest.

They're only mediocre songs in your opinion.  Some people think Miami is a very cool song.  And Cedars is not beaten yet.  Which, incidentally, is one of my top 10 favourite U2 songs.

Funnily enough TUC, the only song on there I'd call mediocre is The Hands That Built America (apart from the kettle drum which sounds great, and they should use it more often)

Miami love it or hate it is anything but mediocre.

I win Bomb's overall sound was better. I can't listen to it as much because of how the album is mixed.

Yes, totally. Worst thing being Adam's bass on 'Sometimes....' er guys this isn't Aphex Twin.

No, I'd say mediocre. Atrociously dull moments broken up only by the occasional loud sections which manage to be actually offensively awful, and are even worse live, as opposed to merely boring. Crumbs, I Fall Down and Cedars all similarly spectacularly uninteresting, lazy compositions at best. All IMO, obviously! Sadly, I cannot overrule the majority. :P

I'd like to know in what way is Cedars a 'lazy' composition.  There's more going on in it than any other song on NLOTH.
