Its mega! Mind you Larry does look like he's suffering from wind all the way through.... ;D

Whenever I see those scenes I wonder whether he's actually having something akin to an asthma attack, as he really seems to be struggling for air. I found one web page that suggested Red Rocks Park is 6,200 feet above sea level, which would mean the air is thinner up there. I have heard of athletes who struggle to adjust to high altitude venues, which would explain why he was finding it hard to breathe.

I just ordered the DVD from Best Buy, and I can't wait! I have never seen it before, but have heard its really good. Does it have the unedited Electric Co? Any general comments/thoughts?

Look out for "Two Hearts Beat As One" and "I Threw a Brick Through a Window" as good stand-out performances. I loved the DVD, and the remastering is excellent.
thats a highlight to me two hearts ;)

::Can't believe it, it's one of the peak points in history of U2 performances! Keep your VHS tape...this is not an edit, this is a butcher's work...man,you were the one that recorded great audience bootlegs of the 1st leg of Vertigo Tour (SD,SJ and LA)?? thanks for that great stuff.

I'm in the middle of reading u2 by u2 just now and they said it was only a 3rd full because most people thought it would be cancelled due to weather, the people who didn't attend must be gutted looking back now.

Man, I KNEW something was missing when I watched the DVD.  I thought I was just remembering it incorrectly because it had been years since I'd watched it previously.   :'(

Anyone have any tips on going to Red Rocks?

I think I have to take public transportation or an Uber to the site.
