Exactly why is should win.

It has stayed fresh after all those years, and has been reinvented every time.

Actually since this is the final, soon I can start the Ultimate Disliked U2 Song Tournament

I can save you the bother.  It's Sweetest Thing.

LOL that'll be up there.

I still wanna do it though because it makes people go into a different mindset in picking their least liked or weakest song out of the bunch.

BTW, how did you make the groups of songs?

Whoa, I just tied it at 10 with my vote for The Fly.

Both these songs are just out of my top 5, but what a final.

It's quite clear that, aside from Streets no longer being the most favourite song on this forum, Achtung Baby and most of its songs are so well regarded on this forum of U2 fans.

I think The Fly will win, and I suspected at the time, whichever song won the One vs The Fly quarter-final would go on and win the whole tournament.

AB is not my favorite album though, even though it has a fantastic collection of songs.

Actually a better question, if Ultraviolet/The Fly are the "Ultimate" U2 song...

What is the Ultimate LIVE U2 song?

Neither are the "Ultimate" U2 song, sadly, but I went with Ultraviolet.  At least that's in my top 5, whereas The Fly isn't even in my top 30

I agree with the first part. None of them are like SBS, Streets (which I'm glad didn't make it), One, WOWY, or Beautiful Day. I love the fly, but Ultraviolet got my vote probably because it hasn't been played as much. In my mind they're probably tied.

I think UV will win, mainly because it seems to appeal more to those who prefer '80s or '00s U2, as opposed to the Fly, which is more quintessentially '90s.
