Agree with the majority, so far...HTDAAB was TERRIBLE.

It was lazy, just like the music.

I have this image of the band/management/label brain trusts all sitting around anxiously awaiting release date, somebody say "let's see the cover now" and they all look around at each and start saying "I thought your department was doing the cover"  to each other.

October, which is essentially the Bomb cover rendered 80s. The Bomb cover itself isn't that bad, it's just not particularly inspiring, not unlike the album.

And someone, it seems, has voted Achtung Baby. We have some twisted individuals on this forum.

I went for htdaab over october because by now they have the know how to do better, the money to do better, the support teams to do better, etc.

It was bound to be between October and Bomb. No one wants to see boring pictures of the band just chilling. I voted October, but don't really like either one.

I hope No Line on the Horizon wins.

Exactly. Joshua Tree out in round three, too.

Yeah, thats pretty shocking Joe, especially War.

And as for October, This was early 80's simplicity, I think a lot of newer fans (quite rightly) dont like it, but I voted HTDAAB because, by 2004, the band and their designers should have known better.
