this was an easy one for me to vote for, when I saw all the names listed immediately all the images came into my head except one..........I had to grab the CD because Bomb just was a bit unforgettable for me, couldn't remember what the cover was?

And as for October, This was early 80's simplicity, I think a lot of newer fans (quite rightly) dont like it, but I voted HTDAAB because, by 2004, the band and their designers should have known better.

People keep saying that, but just because the band were once young and naive, it doesn't suddenly promote October over HTDAAB in the album art stakes, just like the fact that the band had little studio time making the album doesn't suddenly make the album better than, say, the Joshua Tree. It makes the relatively poor quality understandable, but it doesn't make it any better.

Hey, In my opinion it does, and isnt that what this fun poll is supposed to be about? Personal tastes and favorites? I didn not say one was better than the other.

I thought that's what you meant. I have the cassette tape, vinyl and cd versions from England when it was released - without the censorship!
Oh, but I dont work for the government  ;)
