None of the live songs should have been on Rattle & Ham.

I agree.  I think the live songs detract from the album.

Absolutely and unequiovically it should have been on the album. The performance was (and still is) so powerful on the video that I always wondered why it wasn't included on the album.

It was a good idea for the band to mix live and new studio tracks on Rattle And Hum, but I don't think adding Streets would have been necessary.

absalutely. I really think there should have been a whole live album of the Joshua tree tour shows and more material than Was included on rattle @ hum .if they still wanted an album of new material than release it separate. streets was a great show opener and is still a huge song today ,I always regret that unlike later tours there is very little live released either Audio or video stuff from that tour.the Paris show they included as an extra was a huge bonus for me .

R+H should have either been a single album, or a double album with one album being all studio and the other being all live. And yes streets should always be part of any U2 live show.

Since live tracks were included, yes, but I don't think that any of the live tracks should be on the album.

Imagine if U2 would have waited to put that material out like they would do now. We may have not had Achtung Baby!

I've got a cassette of all of the songs from the movie that weren't on the soundtrack.

"Streets" is epic.

I agree about the live songs on the album and I thought I was the only one
