How Much Will You Spend On U2 2015?

I am gonna go around $1000-$2000, I make a lot more dough now than during 360. I am thinking any shows in Vegas, LA, Phoenix, NYC as those cities are easy for me to travel to and I generally stay for free. I'd love to hit 5 shows in two different legs, but we shall see.

ps. HELLO TO ANY FRIENDS HERE, its been awhile since I posted but I still listen to U2 all the time and love Invisible more than you know!

If they play arenas, it could get real expensive.

Stadiums in the summer only- 'other' travel plans will be planned. Though, I will go see them no matter.

Depends what the new album is like.

If I don't like it then I won't bother seeing them live.

Seen them play the hits many times, and when they were at their peak so no desire to see the hits again now they are fading in their live powers, if it's mixed with an album I don't like..don't want to go and hear new songs I don't like, plus stuff off Behind, Bomb and No line and end up paying through the nose to hear the hits and the odd deep cut.

So unless the new album is a belter to me, the answer is zero.

If it is an album I like then probably 3 shows, whatever that costs.

I go to multiple shows these days as mu h for the social aspect as for the show itself. I can see myself doing a handful of shows in Australia, but by then it will be stadium time.

If arenas are announced and I can time a trip with something else I'll probably have one last crack at an arena show before they break up.

It's such a shame that books for college cost so much, otherwise I'd gladly spend the rest of my graduation money on U2 or any other concerts. :D

If they go on tour and  tickets are over $100, I wouldn't spend that much. I'm very worried that's going to be a problem...

Cool- I'm probably psyching myself out over nothing. I mean, the tickets for the concert I went to were in the $80 price range, but those were seats...

Chill, are you using Chegg or similar sources for your books?

Valore Books. The thing is, I have a certain amount of money to spend on them and after I rented cheap books for the first semester, I realized I might be able to make it last all through college... so I have a budget, basically, that can't be used for anything else!

I've talked to a few folks about this. I will plan to see them in Kansas City, Denver (maybe), Lincoln/Omaha (or both, yeah right lol), and maybe somewhere else close.

All I know is when I put it in the perspective of one GA ticket plus other expenses equalling a couple of days wages, it's simply the best investment I can make. I know I will be happy to plough two weeks of wages into U2 products and gigs in 2015. Nothing else gives me that high.

Considering I want to see them in Ireland, quite a lot!!!
Also several Aussie shows.
I see this as probably the last hurrah so money be damned!

I will definately see them in my hometown of Phoenix. We plan on going to Dublin next summer anyway to stay with my boyfriends parents. I'm anxiously awaiting a tour announcement to make the plans of when we will go.

I'll see 1-2 shows in Atlanta or Charlotte (if they come to CLT) and that's it.  I'm really hoping for outdoor stadium shows instead of arenas.
