Website and App didn't work for me - so now what?

I spent 90 minutes trying to use the website and app to purchase tickets. Got ERROR messages every time.

Where do I go from here? I contacted U2.com but don't expect anything from them. Is the general sale on Monday my only chance?

Keep trying. It took at least 90 minutes for mine to work. Eventually I got tickets by closing everything on the computer, logging in with the phone app, and buying tickets there. But I still got several "unavailable" messages with the phone app. It sounds like so many people are having issues that tickets may still be available. In the very least, you'll have tomorrow (the new subscriber's presale) as well. Good luck!!!

When I enter my code now I get:

 "We're sorry, there are no more tickets available for this promotion."

Gah! How about the Ticketmaster phone lines? That has been successful for me in the past when online orders locked me out.
