What if the strip on the card stops working or doesn't get read by the machine?

Either the ticket taker can manually type in your number, or they will send you to the ticket office where they will print you a regular ticket. If you think this might be an issue for you, I'd suggest taking your TM account number with you that night. It will make it easier for the ticket office to find your account for printing. Also, be sure to have your ID in case they want to confirm you are the account holder.
