On a Christmas Day:

1) cheddar cheese crisps (chips)
2) roast chicken, roast potatoes, cooked vegetables, yorkshire pudding and gravy
3) apple pie

(I think this is all)  :)

sounds good--did you have raw or cooked onions from the fry pan?

carrots-oven baked or steamed?

I make the burger with the foodprocessor, so the unions go in there raw. Than grill the burger !
carrots, i have lots ....  ;)  and i just cook em shortly in water.

ohhh, that does sound good. It seems Italian seasoning is good for a lot of things.

I put some Italian dressing into a ziplock bag and marinate steaks in that

what are french potatoes?
Small red potatoes roasted in the oven with onions for flavor. I marinate my chicken exactly as you marinate your steaks!!

potato baked in the oven, ćevapi (minced meat with special seasoning...got a mixture of it from Zagreb); apple pie.
Ćevapi are great, national bosnian and croatian food.

^T, that sound very good indeed.

I am Polish, and I love perogies, which I will have tonight

Applesauce

Not Polish, but love perogies!  They are so good when home made…….stuffed with real mashed potatoes, fresh chives and onion.   :)

Easy slow cooker meal with five ingredients.

Lean pork loin 2 to 3 pound
2 Tbsp butter
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 package onion soup mix
2 Tbsp dijion mustard

Brown in butter on all sides the pork loin.  Remove from pan ( I use a ceramic coated) and set aside while slow cooker is warming to high temp.   Add cranberry sauce, on a low flame and sauté for a few minutes.  Do not burn.
Place loin in slow cooker  and scatter dry onion soup mix on top and around.  Add cranberry sauce and cover.  Cook on high for at least 3 hours or until done and tender.  Just, before removing from slow cooker, add mustard and stir into the sauce.  Let it marinate for a few minutes.  Then, remove roast to a platter.  Let it rest for ten minutes before slicing.
