I've got a gut feeling they won't bring 360 down here - I hope they do - but i just think the dollar and distance might make them think twice.

As for stadium size, I think Australia is pretty well placed to cater to the show.

Obviously Melbourne and Sydney have Docklands/MCG and ANZ/SFS capable of holding it. MCG is a sh** concert venue though, Docklands better in my opinion.

The Gabba and Suncorp would be fine as well.

AAMI and Subiaco would kinda suck in the same way Waverley did. Too vast and the seats are just way too far from the action.

Personally I hate the AFL grounds for concerts as the size of the playing surface is just TOO big.

How about they just play Rod Laver 14+ times to break Pink's ridiculous record...

surely, it can't be due to the $AUD as its currently 0.72 and was 0.75 in November 2005 when they announced the Aussie tour dates for March 2006 (Vertigo tour), so for only 3c diff, they had better come downunder! >:(

as for distance, okay, sure but if they've confirmed Argentina for October 2010, they may as well just contine on down towards Australia, say for Nov/Dec 2010, no?  ???

I am prepared to fly east to see them again, Sydney, Melbourne or wherever they play here, so that will cost me more $ and also distance, not just the ticket price,  but happy to do so as they are worth the wait (agree Subiaco Oval sucks, saw Robbie Williams there)

so come on U2, you know us Aussies are worth the $/distance as we have proved that in the last tour! ;D

OK good get on the exchange rate!

Hope I'm wrong. I'll push my marriage to the brink of divorce AGAIN if they tour... :-)

Surely Perth will get a show this time. Adelaide sold really poorly and it was the worst venue of the lot - even worse than QEII in Brisbane.

Dammit, I live in Melbourne but I'll get on the BRING U2 to PERTH wagon for ya

Surely, the more capital cities they play in Australia the better
