When it's dark and evening falls
She moves among men
They would seek to have her as a prize
but She is in the shadows
the ocean and the sand
She is everywhere and no place
a church not made with hands

When I saw them at St. Andrews Hall in October 2001, the only disappointment of the night was that they did not do it.

Then again, they ended the night with "This Is The Sea," so I ain't bishin.

Then you know they opened up a tanker truck full of whoop-ass and sprayed the room with it.

True story! I also know I cracked up when I walked over to Steve's bar next door after the show and Mike Scott was checking out the lunch box collection while Steve was trying to give him free root beer schnapps!

I deleted my last post.  If anyone wants to look at Captain SKA Liar Liar on You Tube, feel free.

All I will say is it came to my attention as it was briefly number 1 on the UK iTunes and musicians have a right to say what they wish about current news items and people are at liberty to download the track if they so wish.  It looks like it will be a high new entry this week and that speaks for itself.

They never read those pamphlets in his bottom drawer
They never read that tattoo on his arm
They thought that it was just a boys' club badge he wore
They never thought he'd cause folks any harm...

Bathed in perspiration, drowned my enemies
used my inspiration for a guillotine
I fire a loaded mental cannon to the page
Leaning on the pedestal that holds my self-denial
firing the pistol that shoots my holy pride
sitting here like wet ashes with Xs in my eyes
and drawing flies
