The 30 years later tour
« on: January 09, 2017, 05:48:15 PM »
The reality is u2 don't have the songs at this point - live nation are kicking in their door - Bono is going "how do I keep my profile up? The rest of the band just want a job - so the Jt sounds like a sloppy compromise.... Live nation will be thrilled and the fans will go and the heritage act will continue the band wagon they started in 09 in Barcelona .

I don't consider doing a tour behind an old album a cop out. It only matters that this band is going on tour again! The Joshua Tree is an amazing album, and as I never went to the '87 tour, I am very thrilled to see this album performed live in its entirety! The fact that I will hear One Tree Hill live is a f****** dream come true! The snippet I heard in Oakland on the Elevation tour doesn't count. I am also curious to see what other songs will be added to the show. Other than the obvious
