I'd probably go with The First Time, in The Million Dollar Hotel.  The first 3 minutes of the movie made a great music video for the song.

The ending of Reality Bites uses All I Want Is You.  I think Ben Stiller is a fan, I remember his Bono impression on The Ben Stiller Show and quite enjoyed that.

Can't believe that nobody has stood up for the "Some Days Are Better Than Others" appearance in that Oscar winning 1994 film noir classic "Milk Money."

That changed my life and made me a forever fan. What a revelation!

When they showed the preview of 'the Great Gatsby' before the main movie, it just showed scenes while 'Love is Blindness' played- very powerful.

I gotta add another vote to Zoo Station in About a Boy.  That doorbell ringing is killer! 
I also got pretty tickled for City of Blinding Lights in The Devil Wears Prada.
