Red Zone ticketing question?
« on: May 12, 2017, 01:59:49 AM »
Hello All,
I got a ticket update email about the Rose Bowl Show and was wondering if they really won't give you your tickets unless your whole party is there. I have 4 tickets and was going to head in early but two in my party don't want to go in until later. Are they really this strict?

We hope that you’re as excited as we are about U2’s LOS ANGELES visit and gearing up for this special The Joshua Tree’s 30th anniversary concert experience.

ATTENTION: Please refer to the following information regarding the collection process for your (RED) ticket(s) purchase.

This package is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Please bring PHOTO ID matching the ATTENDEE or PURCHASE NAME on your order. All members of your party must be present when you collect your tickets.

Your (RED) Zone ticket(s) and wristband(s) will be available for collection from the (RED) Zone Check In tent located at FLOODGATE 2 BETWEEN GATES B & C, as shown on the map below.  Please look out for the (RED) Zone signage. Check in will be open from 4:00PM until 8:00PM day of show, SATURDAY 20TH MAY 2017.   You will be able to collect your tickets at anytime during this period.

Should you arrive after 8:00pm, your tickets will be available for collection from the WILL CALL BOOTH, which is located ADJACENT TO GATE B.

Doors to the show will open at 5:00PM (time subject to change).  Your (RED) Zone hosts will greet you upon arrival to the check in location and escort you to the (RED) Zone on the floor.

Doors                                     -               5:00pm
The Lumineers                     -               7:00pm
U2                                           -               8:40pm
All times are subject to change

Please note that you will be allowed to enter the venue at the time that doors open.  This ticket does not include early entry access to the venue.

Is this for May 20 or may 21? I still haven't received any email for the 21

Yes, they are supposed to be this strict, but it's worth asking when you get there.  I believe they are either escorting, or have a special entrance, for Red Zone and that is why everyone in the party has to enter together.
