Coolest part of the show for me! Nice reference to a film. Exit was phenomenal!

Takeaways:

1) u2 security millennial stole the encore on periscope.  He told his friends "I'm just working a concert for some band my parents like..."

2) we finally got to see acrobat on stage...what was with the handstand guy?

So thats what that was?  Did Larry play the drumroll?
Yep he did. Weird way to end a show... is this the first time they've dropped the last song on this tour?

I had a great time last night, even though the people around me weren't into it and kept talking/checking their phones, which was kind of distracting. Also the lights stayed on in our section... I didn't get that... Hearing The Joshua Tree was so worth it though. Especially my favorite U2 song, One Tree Hill, which I never thought I'd hear live.

What was the film clip that introduced Exit? I've been wondering that since last night. Also wondering all the things Bono said onstage, because I couldn't understand half of them (and having one of the people beside me constantly asking me what he was saying didn't help), but listening to a stream of the next show would probably clear that up.

My first U2 show, and it was amazing.  The band sounded great, and Bono had some real passion.  I've been reading the criticism of the tour so far on the forum and was a bit worried as a result.  I am no longer going to pay any mind to the nitpicking.  It was a killer show, probably the best concert I've seen.

Some guy held up a sign and Bono apparently thought is was funny.

Also, the person that Bono threw his harmonica to was my friend Michelle and he wanted her to give it to the little kid that was standing by her. She did give it to the kid and had a nice photo taken with him.
