Twitter campaign for ASoH

We should coordinate a Twitter campaign to try and let the band know how irked we are that they've seemingly dumped A Sort Of Homecoming from the setlist.

Is it too late?  I think if its not performed in Dallas, its later days for 'homecoming'

It really sounded great in the Youtube videos I watched from this tour, a lot like it did back in the 80's.

I wonder if they feel it's not getting enough of a reaction from the post 2001 fans. To the casual fan, it's not a hit. I know it's one of my favorites and seeing it miss a couple of shows was crushing. I hope it's not a vocal thing with Bono and it was just being rested for a couple of shows.

It's definitely a treat for die hard fans.  More casual fans probably won't recognize it.

Two thoughts there: It is ONE slot. If the casual fans can't be bothered with one song they don't know, they should have spent their money and evening elsewhere. I get that U2 can't come out and play album cuts and b-sides all night, especially at these prices and in stadiums, but casual fans have got to understand they aren't going to know every song.

I know like five Mumford & Sons songs. I took my wife to see them for the second time Tuesday night, and despite knowing 20 minutes of material out of an 1:45 minute set, I managed somehow to have a fantastic time.

At the rose bowl, people held up signs saying "shine like stars". Pretty much everyone in GA got one. The band took notice and did a little bit the second night

Not sure why it hasn't been there for the past two shows, but I hope it isn't completely out of the setlist going forward. Nothing replacing it is a bit unfortunate too.

Drop One, BD, Elevation. But not ASOH.
