YES Larry IS greenish on POP, and the other three are also sporting the same colors on this new shot...do we DARE hope that the new album will have some POP sounding songs? Ah, be still my heart!

The cover is the black and white shot of bono's son and edges daughter, holding hands?
That seems a pretty safe bet.

Yes, it has to be the album cover. It was displayed at the end of each Joshua tree show - good advertising ploy - millions of people have already seen it.
