No offical announcement yet, but it is not this week as expected.
Looks like presale Tues 24th March then public chaos will ensue on Friday 27th March.

Is it likely that they'll unleash the 2nd Wembley date this morning?  I haven't been keeping up - is this how it has worked in the past?

It's now up on u2.com that the UK dates go on sale this Friday 20 March: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

And Livenation's UK site are also listing the dates with on sale time of 20 March at 9am - but no ticket prices/seating plan up as yet.

My guess is that the second Wembley date will be announced as the first one sells out or is close to selling out - I think that's what happened for the first shows to go on sale last week, but I guess that the Croke Park experience (with the second date added before the presale) means that an earlier announcement is also possible.

I decided not to join U2.com for the pre-sale this time around, so I'll be ready and waiting at my computer from around 8:30am on Friday morning...!!

Good point - I checked the Wembley Stadium site, which quotes the same ticket prices as Don Valley, but has a 65 price point in between the 55 and 85 points:
