Old Forum / New Forum
« on: March 25, 2009, 06:45:19 PM »
Could you tell me how much this forum has grown since the end of the old forum to present. It seems there are so many threads and they get so many hits, if you dont stay online for more than half hour you are lost. I dont remember so many one on one conversations in the old forum. It just seems busier these days and most of the action is in the Real World and the other topics are quiet. Just wondering the population changes. Thanks. ;)

Its truly amazing, those numbers are gigantic, titanic! This is like a little Second Life of our own, you know that pay for other virtual life, but we can have it right here for free and best of all we are U2 related..I wonder what it will be like in a few years. The moderators will have to revamp this again.

I'm second with most time online, but I'm not in the top 10 posters.  ???

I guess that means I spend more time just staring at the computer than actually posting.

Ooh! The Discotheque is #10 out of all the topics.  8)

And Shock is the #1 poster, but I've (and others, I guess) spent more time online than him.  :-\

The old forum was so non-busy that we didn't bother keeping stats. :)

I'll say this: I believe this forum is busier in a single day than the old forum was over an entire month. Joe and/or Hawk may disagree with that, but it's how it feels to me.
