Wow! Thanks for the info and pics guys!

I am a newly single, "Breathe" member so I decided to pay a little more for my U2 ticket this time. I selected a single $250.00 ticket when the presale began and this one popped up.

For those worrying about their seats DO NOT WORRY. The Rose Bowl is on of the best stadiums for a concert. I thought U2 would play the Coliseum, which bummed me for a few weeks. I was ecstatic when I heard they booked the stadium.

I've seen the Rolling Stones (Section 19, 10th row), Guns N' Roses/Metallica (Section 19, 30th row), and Pink Floyd (Section 17, 60th row) at the venue and I've had an amazing experience at each show.

I hope so cause I got 20 row 71 or so I don't want to remember and I feel like I'm going to see the show from the last floor of the Empire State Building......  :-\

Breathe & you got that seat, you must be stoked! I think selecting a single ticket is what did it. I once had a similar experience purchasing a ticket to Ani Difranco. The seats were sold out a quite few rows back, I selected a single seat & ended up with front row, right in front of her mic. Ok, she's no U2, but she's got a very dedicated fan base, & the front rows always seem to sellout in a flash.

Can't wait til October!

Exactly, that's the secret, I've done that with Madonna every time since her last 3 tours and I got pretty good seats in the first rows.

I tried buying 2 tickets for the Rose Bowl at exactly 10AM. After about 15 minutes TM gave me Sec. 25-L Row 41 - South Side. And I grabbed them.

On the receipt it says Stand. Admission - Select GA/Reserved below. But on the tickets themselves it doesn't mention GA at all.

Are these good seats? Or not?

OK, I've got two pairs of seats from today's sale, and one GA from the presale. I want to keep the best pair of seats for myself, give the other pair to my sister, and hold on to the GA in case I decide I can handle camping out in line all day.

I got section 15-L, row 54 for $95 each, and section 7-H, row 9 for $250 each. Looks like my section 15 is further away, but lower... and section 7 is closer, but higher up.

Which ones should I hold on to?

What's with the high/low designation?  I have section 3-h, row 24, seat #s in the 100s.

I'm thinking these are good seats--given the size of the stage it should be a pretty good vantage point.
