As the larger U2's collection grows, every tour's setlist is slightly longer than the previous tour's.  Realistically, how many songs will U2 play on any given night during the 360 tour?

15-17
18-20
21-23
24-26
27-29
30 or more

Because each tour's setlist is about 2-4 songs longer than the previous tour's, and the Vertigo Tour averaged between 23-25 songs, I voted for 27-29, but I hope they play until the dawn breaks the next morning

It probably depends on Bono's fitness, looking at the size of the stage he'll have to run around to keep fans on all sides happy.

I think 18-20 or 20-23 sound reasonable. Of course I would never want them to get off the stage!!!

Because the fans will surround the stage, lets not let them leave the stage until they play 100 songs at least

Roughly 25 songs worked well on the last tour, so something comparable to that would be nice.

In the end, I'm just happy to see my favorite band play. Whether it's 5 songs or 30, I'll be content. :)

Unfortunately the average length of the set will be the same as it has been for 20 odd years, between 21 and 25 songs. There hasn't been any increase tour on tour. Vertigo maybe did up the average by one or two songs but I wouldn't go to a show expecting more than 25 songs, you will be disappointed I'm afraid. However, if you go see Brucie Springer then maybe, saw him in London last year and he played about 27 songs and played with no support for almost three hours, what a feckin show !!!

I guess most large, outdoor venues have an earlyish curfew too to get all the fans out of the area before it's too late. So unless U2 came onstage a bit earlier then there are limits to how long they can play.

I have no idea whether this is accurate, but the Ticketline website here in the UK says that U2 will be on stage at 8pm at Wembley Stadium (see: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login)

I think Wembley has a curfew of 10:30pm, so that still leaves 2.5 hours - enough for 20-23 songs I think...

8pm is quite early. I'm sure they came on around 9pm during the Vertigo tour. I think it said they'll be on at 10pm in Barcelona somewhere!
