I'm not a fan of long album titles especially because it means we'll just see it as NLOTH here which I personally can't stand.   :o

I would have preferred just "Horizon" myself.

I think people will call it that, like how people call the last album "Bomb" just now. I'll wait to hear the album before I say whether I think it's a good title, besides "No Line on the Horizon" and simply "Horizon" don't exactly have the same meanings.

HTDAAB was a mouthful - No Line On The Horizon is a much better choice for a long album title.

I am warming to it quite a bit. Mostly because as of today (Q mag minisite) we're getting much stronger indications of how the album will sound and feel, so I'm just excited. I detect a strong Achtung Baby vibe, here.

Well at least its not called Summer Line On The Horizon or anything with an S in the beginning.  The abbreviation would be SLOTH.

I've started just calling it "No Line"... It's easier to say than "Horizon"...  :)

It's an ok title. It has a similar vibe to 'All that you can't leave behind'. It's nowhere near as punchy a title as 'Actung Baby', 'Boy'  or 'Zooropa'. This suggests the songs may not be that different from the last couple of albums. Let's hope not.

I don't remember who suggested it, but I really like the sound of "U2CD"...  ;)

I really think they should have done that for the music from U23D.  Why not use that as an excuse to put out a live audio CD?  If they aren't going to release it to DVD/Blue Ray until they get the 3D thing worked out, then why not put out a live CD, and U2CD would have been the perfect title.  Too late now, unless it ends up as a fan club special.  Am I the only one that is annoyed that they haven't put out a live CD since UABRS?
