Seriously, does anyone think they need to rehearse Bad, One or Pride?

Fair dinkum, if they can't play those songs with their bo****ks they've totally lost it.

But cmon. I still haven't found what I'm looking for? Worst U2 song ever. Would rather listen to Wild Honey, in mono, with a trainee dentist removing my molars with a spoon than hear that tune again.

There. My 'waaaaaaaa' moment.

Loving these updates though, thanks ppl.

They're probably practising new intros and outros to the songs, more than the songs themselves. All that kind of stuff needs rehearsed. ISHFWILF worst U2 song ever?!?! I can't even respond to that in a coherent way so I'll just say I respect your right to an opinion  :P

I agree with many that there needs to be something from Pop.  This is a great album.  We need Gone or Please or even Do You Feel Loved.  Not to mention Staring at the Sun and If God Will Send His Angels.
How great would MOFO be under "The Claw"
Just some thoughts.
Love everything else that's being rehearsed...especially Drowning Man and Ultraviolet.

Pop is a wonderful album, it's a pity U2 has said they things they did about it.

See here.

Oh...I get it...they're saving Mofo for the DC show. They'll rehearse it when they get closer to that show. ;D

.....I can dream....

for the 20-06 list I would switch Even better than the real thing (Perfecto mix) and With or without you.

Seems like they are also trying out Bad and Even Better Than The Real Thing.  At least this adds more choices, and includes an oldie classic and a 90's era song.  Again, U2 are smart enough to exclude Pop.  Perhaps this could be a Pop-free setlist for the entire leg.  Brilliant move by U2.

Cheers,

J

That wasn't "jick" you were replying to, it was "jiick" with two Is, created by someone who apparently wanted to mock jick and cause confusion by using a similar screenname and avatar. The "jiick" account has been banned.

i just saw the site where all the rehearsal lists are posted and i must say i am really pleased with how its shaping up i would add a couple of songs like FEZ and defo somthing from POP or Zooropa but it looks like they know what they are doing and i wouldnt be at all surprised if they did add some other songs into the first nights and also U2 knows we are watching their every move right now so they must have a good surprise in store at least for the kick off show.

I wish the band would get over their disappointment with Pop and just play a few songs from that album.  Last Night On Earth, Please, and Gone would fit with this tour.
