Fun question!   :)

On second though, three songs on the guitar? I'd choose: The Sweetest Thing, Your Blue Room, and Cedars Of Lebanon!

I do play guitar, and however much i try to work out an Edge riff, i'd still love to have it shown to me by the man who created it and get it perfect.

Streets
Vertigo

Great post idea. Love it!

1. Streets (live version) plus he would be under lockdown until he wrote down those damned delay settings and put Dallas's number in my speed dial for future questions.

2. Electric Co. For such an early song Edge was beyond his years in talent.

3. A Sort of Homecoming (live version). Everyones favorite song they no longer play. Listen to WAIA and hear how much his guitar pops live. I also think this was the first time people said "sh**!! Mullen can play!!".

1. In A Little While......not very difficult and no effects but it's one of my favorite guitar parts
2. One Tree Hill.......I can actually play the verse part of this song but I love it so much I'd want a proper lesson.
3. Electrical Storm.......both the original and the mix acoustic part

Stand Up Comedy - Rocking riff, brilliant slide solo; perfection for me.
Until The End Of The World - The solo and riff are both some of Edge's best and the outro is mesmerising.
The Electric Co. - Chicago. That is all.

Honourable mentions to...

Where The Streets Have No Name, Miracle Drug, Magnificent, Vertigo, Get On Your Boots, The Fly, Twilight, Gloria, Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own, With Or Without You, Wire, All Because Of You, City Of Blinding Lights, No Line On The Horizon, One, Mofo, Silver & Gold, Mysterious Ways, Bullet The Blue Sky, Pride (In The Name Of Love), I Will Follow.

I, like many on this forum, can play a fair amount of their songs, but here are the three that I really want to master:

1. The Fly (No explanation needed really, the solo is beyond awesome)
2. The Electric Co. (Such a classic Edge song, I would love to learn this in full)
3. Until the End of the World (just an all-around great riff)

Note: If any of you out there do play guitar/play U2 songs, I suggest trying to learn An Cat Dubh / Into the Heart. Into the Heart is especially satisfying once you learn it because it's so simple yet so unique.

Honorable Mentions: Streets, Ultraviolet, Love is Blindness, One, Acrobat, Mysterious Ways, God Part II, Gloria, New Years Day, Bullet the Blue Sky, Dirty Day, Stay, Zooropa, Gone, Discotheque, HMTMKMKM, Beautiful Day, Vertigo, Miracle Drug, Yahweh, Mercy, Unknown Caller, Breathe.

The Fly (I might just take up guitar to learn this  ::)  )
Streets
Mysterious Ways contending with Ultraviolet

Electrical Storm would also be pretty cool  ::)

1.The Fly- it's always been a favorite of mine, the solo, the riff, everything.

2.Bullet the Blue Sky- I'd love to learn all the versions of this. I'd like it back on the 360 tour.

3.Love is Blindness- Slide solo... and the live version too.

Great thread and these three would be my pick.
