Where is For Your Love?

In a couple of articles didn't Edge describe this one as one of his best riffs? Anyone?

3 possibilities...

- Left out/scrapped

- Transformed into another track (i'm guessing Stand Up)

- Remains hidden/not mentioned until the release of the album as a surprise

I think it was transformed (though I wish it is still hidden)

well bono did say the album is "very long" so i'm thinking there is a good chance its still there. Did anyone who bought the new issue of Q see any talk about "for your love" or any other songs for that matter that weren't on the song page like tripoli?

I don't know if this relates one iota to this topic but,

On youtube, the beach clip PART 4, the chorus I'm pretty sure is "only love"- and I thought that was an early version of For Your Love---

I remember at first Q mentioned 10 tracks, then we saw Cedars pop up, then in that RS we saw Tripoli. Maybe it could pop up.

-wishful thinking-

It has just been announced that U2 is going to be releasing a sextuplet album because of those 50-60 songs they had they turned each 10 songs into a new album.  And every single song turned out to be an "EDGE IS ON FIRE!" moment.  Plus, the ulta-awesomness of all the songs turned out to completely focus people on U2 music until the point where they built a civilization off of it.  (Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure anyone?)

-again, wishful thinking-

I'm guessing the name was changed.  "One Bird" is a song that was mentioned that also seems to have disappeared; probably provisional song titles.  A lot happens and a lot changes during U2's recording sessions.
