Great show, great set list.  I'm not sure which version of "Crazy" I like better the album or the live one.  Here's a question for people who were on the floor:  Did you get searched with metal detector or patted down?  I was in the nose bleeds and didn't.  I'm asking this because I want to tape the show again (audio) and I just need to know if I should leave my stuff behind if I get searched.  THANKS!

I like both but the remix just freakin' rocks live!  8)  Awesome show! We got in the inner circle and totally rocked out  *yeah!*   ( Great to meet some other forum buds here in the lineup.   Leaving SF was a nightmare but that's another story!   :P  more later...

Re: above - No they did not search w/ detectors etc but they do check bags.  There was a guy who snuck in a huge SLR Nikon ( good for him!)  Go figure !
Manyana - gotta hit the sack.  Its Celtic fest here this weekend!   ;D

I have monitored the setlist going back to the Barcelona rehearsals.  I will admit that I was hoping for the setlist to get a rework before hitting the states but after seeing my first live 360 performance in person, I thought the flow and transition worked perfectly.  So Until you hear the show live, I would hold off on the set list hating.  Utube does not do the show or the stage justice, and why would it for the biggest band in the world.

The reality is that the setlist was never going to change that much for the US leg. There was nothing much wrong with it, really, and a part of the reason they did Europe first may well have been to iron out the kinks before it hit America, which was always going to be a tougher sell than Europe on a stadium tour.

I still expect Stand-Up Comedy to make an appearance though.

Yeah, baby!   8) 8) 8)  And UF too!  I have to say that the youtubes I saw of the Crazy remix does NOT do it justice! It totally rocked
Boots was awesome too ( and even a Boots-hater I was with thought so! lol).  A spectacular show and spectacle and I only wish that they played a bit longer but that goes without saying.   ;D

They played Bad, so I'll forgive them for Stuck and Unknown Caller (the latter is inevitable, of course).

Hey Chicago, looks like you guys got a good opening night show. I have GA tix for Foxboro 9-21, got plenty of time before show, how does one get into the coveted 'inner circle' ?

Well said.  I've been one of the frustrated ones just because it's seems repetitive but with the advent of the internet they'de have to tour with over 75 songs for everyone to be happy. *folds hands, sits back and patiently waits for Giants Stadium with a smile*
