what time?
« on: September 16, 2009, 05:20:25 PM »
I was wondering what time the show normally is over if anyone from Chicago or otherwhere can tell me. I'm going to the Gillette show on Sunday and I've got work the next morning and was wondering how much sleep I can expect to get or if I should maybe be sick that day. As if I'll be able to sleep after a U2 concert

Well, you probably wont be able to sleep. But the show started just after 8:30 both nights and ran about 2 hours 15 minutes.
Have a great time!

Same thing in Toronto tonight. It started about 8:40 p.m. and we were leaving around 10:50 p.m. You should not count on sleep. But it's U2 keeping you awake!

Sleep, what sleep? :D   Take the day off and stay in the clouds!  LOL.

By the time we got home ( and this was still in Chicago, not to the burbs) it was about 2:30 am.  And no, we didn't go for drinks after...
Mind you SF obviously did NOT have a brain & workable exit plan for fans for Chi1 and it was supposedly a bit better 2nd night.

Anyway, I'd take the day off.
